Вот моя маленькая история .... ...
В мае 1997 года я купил совершенно новую Yamaha гитару FG411-12CE
Серийный номер говорит, что она была сделана в ноябре 1996 года
Это 12-струнная электроакустический дредноут, с нетвердым верхом и вырезом

My guitar then spent the next 17 years sat in my living room on a stand as a nice ornament
The guitar was never kept in a case, always on a stand, and it was kept tuned down 1/2 step
Now, fast forward to January 2013 and I decided its about time I learnt how to play the guitar
I began doing a bit of reading and I found out its important to make sure a guitar is correctly setup
Since my guitar was exactly as it was when it left the shop (including the strings) I found out that the action was way too high, and there was zero relief on the neck
I removed the strings and little by little I removed material from the saddle in order to get my guitar more playable
After a while I'd pretty much ran out of saddle, but the action was still higher than the manufacturers recommendations
I did a bit more research and I've discovered my guitar has a bellied top
The top has lifted, and tilted the bridge towards the headstock, meaning not only do I have a higher than ideal action, but I also have no break angle
I made the decision to set up the guitar as best as I could and put some new strings on it. I tuned the guitar up to standard tuning and put it to one side for a few months (that was in February 2013)
My thinking was that the guitar will either rip itself apart in the next few months (in which case I don't have to worry about the bellied top) Or it would remain relatively stable, meaning it might be worth trying to repair
Fast forward again to yesterday. The guitar is stable and still in one piece, and I took it to a reputable luthier to check it out for me
The luthier confirmed the guitar had excessive bellying, and looked for various was to correct the situation
During the inspection he told me it wouldn't be a good idea to attempt a neck reset on the guitar due to its construction
Yamaha apparently use an epoxy to fix the neck in position, which is difficult to remove without causing damage
And, as my guitar has a cutaway, and a large heel, with the neck flowing smoothly into the cutaway, cutting the neck off would lead to an unsightly situation
The luthier said the only other options were either, removal of the fretboard and thinning down of the neck at the lower positions in order to change its angle (which he doesn't see as a proper fix)
Or the final option is the removal of the bellying. He told me the guitar top has been stretched to a new shape and that the wood now has a "memory" and that simply clamping the wood would only be a temporary fix until the top slowly return to its memorized state
He said the only ways to remove this memory is to induce either heat or water. But that he still thought it was a bad idea
His thoughts were that by adding heat to the top it could crack, and that by adding steam it could cause the braces to come apart
The advice he gave me was to leave it as it is, and when it gets too difficult to play, just replace it
I know that probably makes sense, but I'd really love to get this guitar playing as it should
It's not a particularly high end guitar at all, but it makes an enormous sound
If I could do something to fix the bellying issue I'd be extremely happy
I'm hoping you guys may have some thoughts or ideas on what to do to my guitar that I and the luthier may have overlooked
I've taken a few pictures to show what I'm looking at at present
I've also included the measurements, as the pictures don't show them quite right

The action at the 12th fret is 7/64 and 6/64

Я взял измерение от вершины гитары, до вершины ладов, и это 14/64
Расстояние от т Гитарная вершина к струне E составляет 24/64
И вот изображение 1,5-мм медиатора, сидящего между седло и струна E
Обратите внимание также на угол изгиба струны, а также наклон моста вперед
